Mr. Alfrederick Coleman, Sr. of South Boston, VA died Friday, August 26th at the age of 86.

Mr. Coleman was born in Halifax County, VA on February 9, 1936 to the late Mr. Cetral Coleman, Sr. and Mrs. Mary Green Coleman. He was married to Mrs. Yvonne Betts Coleman and joined Greater Mayfield Apostolic Church.

Mr. Coleman is survived by his wife: Yvonne Coleman; (1) son: Alfrederick Coleman, Jr. (Alberta); (2) grandchildren: Derrick Coleman of South Boston, VA and Alfrederick Coleman III of Durham, NC; (2) brothers: Leon Coleman (Sam) of Norfolk, VA and Cetral Coleman, Jr. (Patricia) of Manassas, VA; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including Dr. Leon Coleman, Jr. and Clarence Duncan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by (1) brother: Richmond Coleman.

Memorial services for Mr. Alfrederick Coleman, Sr, will be noon Saturday, September 3rd at Jeffress Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Bernard Wilkins eulogist.
