Ms. Beronica Diane “Mud” Ford Buster of South Boston, VA died Thursday, December 23rd at her residence at the age of 67.

Ms. Buster was born in Halifax County, VA on August 23, 1954 to the late Donald C. Ford, Sr. and Mrs. Bessie Womack Ford.

Ms. Buster is survived by (2) daughters: Watonia Poole (Keith) of Baltimore, MD and Tashika Buster of South Boston, VA; (3) sons: Walter Meadows (Tia) of Baltimore, MD, Bryant Buster (Sonya), and Ernest Buster, Jr. (Zakelia), both of South Boston, VA; (13) grandchildren; (2) great grandchildren; (1) brother: Donald C. Ford, Jr.; (1) sister: Teresa Wiley (Philip); (1) aunt: Margaret Safewright; special friends: Joseph Edmonds, Annie Hamlett, Willie Meadows, Theresa Richardson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, Beronica was preceded in death by one brother, Chris Ford.

Funeral services for Ms. Beronica Diane “Mud” Ford Buster will be held Tuesday, January 4th at 12:00 p.m. with services at Greater Mayfield Apostolic Church with Bishop Bernard Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.

Public viewing will be at Jeffress Funeral Home on Monday from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. A face mask and social distancing will be required.
