Ms. Doreen Renee Carson of Halifax, VA died Tuesday, July 19th at the age of 43.

Ms. Carson was born in Tuckahoe, New York on November 1, 1978 to the late Joseph Timothy Jones and Virginia Lee Carson. She was employed at South Boston Health and Rehab as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Ms. Carson leaves to cherish precious memories: (2) sons: Austen Tyler Carson and Ethan Daniel Perkins; (6) siblings: Katherine Wylie (Pete), Ulysee Carson, Valarie Sydnor, Aprel Bolt (Patrick), Timothy Williams and Rosemary Carson; aunt and uncle: Jannie Mae Jones and Roger Lee Jones; a very special friend: Travis Hill; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service for Ms. Doreen Renee Carson will be held Wednesday, July 27th at 11:45 at The Crawford House Chapel with Rev. Ethan Perkins, eulogist.

Public viewing for family and friends will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at The Crawford House Chapel.
