Frank Norman Winbush, age 77, died February 13, 2023. He was the son of the late Louis G. Winbush and Elizabeth D. Winbush. His memorial service will be Saturday, March 11th at 11 am at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 4028 Morton's Ferry Road, Nathalie, VA.
