Mrs. Jacqueline Marion Greene of Clover, VA died Wednesday, October 26th at the age of 77.

Mrs. Greene was born in Halifax County, VA on April 12, 1945 to the late Augusta Hugo Coleman and the late Martha Jane Lacks Coleman and was married to the late Melvin David Greene. She was a member of St. Matthew Baptist Church.

Mrs. Greene is survived by (2) daughters: Sabrina Greene of Clover, VA and Cheryl Greene of Prince George County, VA; (1) Son: Andre Melvin Greene of Petersburg, VA; (2) grandchildren: Jalen Jackson and Briana Dixon; (1) brother-in-law: Carl Greene and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including Iris Payne. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by (2) sisters: Gladys Coleman Johnson and Veronica Coleman Jones; and (1) brother: Charles Coleman.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jacqueline Marion Greene will be held Wednesday, November 2nd at 2 p.m. at St. Matthew Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Alfred Chandler eulogist. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Public viewing for family and friends will be at Jeffress Funeral Home on Tuesday from noon. to 6 p.m.
