Mr. Jimmie Lee Coleman of Black Walnut Road, Randolph, died Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at the age of 84.

Mr. Coleman was born in Halifax County on January 26, 1937, to the late Clem Coleman and Ruth Coleman Traynham and was married to the late Sally Sydnor Coleman.

Mr. Jimmie Coleman is survived by one daughter: Helen Loraine Sydnor of Scottsburg; one son: Willie Jr. Sydnor (Betty) of Nathalie; a host of grandchildren; three devoted nieces: Mary Adams (Roger), Courtney Richardson and Danesha Johnson (Kent); and a host of other relatives and friends.  In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Sophie McCraw and Liza Ricks; and three brothers: Roger Coleman, John Coleman and Charles Coleman.

Funeral services for Mr. Jimmie Coleman will be Monday, Dececember 13, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home with Pastor William E. Mosley, eulogist.

Public viewing for family and friends will be Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home, South Boston.
