Ms. Lillian Yvonne Acree died on Saturday, September 18th at the age of 78.

Ms. Acree was born in Crystal Hill, VA on August 20, 1943 to Nonie Burch Clarke and the late Isiah Acree and was a member of Crystal Hill Baptist Church.

Ms. Acree is survived by her mother: Nonie Burch Clarke of Brooklyn, NY; (2) sisters: Lorene Price of Far Rockaway, NY and Muriel Pitcher of Brooklyn, NY; (3) brothers: Rev. Ronald D. Clarke (Mae) of Danville, VA, Gary Clarke of Richmond, VA and Michael Clarke of Hopewell, VA; and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by (2) brothers: Lawrence Acree and Billy Clarke (Loran); and stepfather: James Clarke.

Funeral services for Ms. Lillian Yvonne Acree will be Saturday, September 25th at 11:00 a.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Louis Leigh, eulogist. Burial will follow in Crystal Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Public viewing for family and friends will be Friday from noon to 6:00 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home. Following COVID- 19 guidelines a face mask and social distancing will be required. Seating will be limited to 50 people at the service.
