Mr. Marlon Lee Williams of Lynchburg, VA and formerly of Halifax, VA died on Monday, March 22 at the age of 37.

Mr. Williams was born in Halifax County, VA on July 16, 1983 to Doris Ann Chandler Williams and the late Marlon Lee Williams, Sr. He was married to Precious Washington Williams.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife: Precious Washington Williams of Danville, VA; his children: Isaiah and Shakiya of Greensboro, NC, Jamirah of Newport News, VA, TaDae, Mar’laesha, and Morgan, all of Danville, VA and Danny and Da'Nasae Lawson, both of Danville, VA; his mother: Doris Williams of South Boston, VA; (1) brother: Dwight Wyatt (La Fonda) of Richmond, VA; (1) sister: Rori Ros of Chesapeake, VA; his mother-in-law: Deborah Washington of Danville, VA; (1) sister-in-law: Treasure Washington of Danville, VA; (2) aunts: Gail Chandler and Juanita Chosen; (1) uncle: James Basnight; (2) nieces: Bryana and Kiandra; and a host cousins, including Corrine Stovall (David) and Corinna McFadden, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Marlon Lee Williams, Jr. will be held on Thursday, April 1st  at 1:00 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home with Evangelist Martha Reed, eulogist.

Public viewing for family and friends will be Wednesday, March 31st from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home. Following COVID-19 guidelines, seats will be limited, a face mask and social distancing will be required.
