Ms. Nancy Lee Logan of Crystal Hill, VA met her Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at the age of 81.

She was born in Halifax County on March 31, 1939 to the late Haze and Irene Penick Logan and was a member of the Millstone Baptist Church, Nathalie, VA, where she served faithfully on many ministries. Ms. Logan retired from Burlington Mills after 35 years of employment.

She is survived by her sons: Clarence Logan of Halifax, VA and Florentino Payne (Tara) of Crystal Hill, VA; two sisters: Alice Mosby (John) of Lynchburg, VA and Bessie Clark of Landover, MD; three brothers: Andrew Logan of Woodbridge, VA, James Logan of Halifax, VA, and Johnnie Logan of Triangle, VA; grandchildren: Michael Morris of Halifax, VA, Sanqunettea Davis of Maryland, Sade Hamlett of Alexandria, VA, Quest Payne and Journey Payne, both of Crystal Hill, VA; great grandchildren: Logan Jones and Xavier O’Shea Jones, both of Halifax, VA; ten additional great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, Ms. Logan was preceded in death by a sister: Leola Blair; daughter-in-law: Brenda Patrick Logan; and granddaughter: Patrice Annette “Tiny” Logan.

Funeral services for Ms. Nancy Lee Logan will be held Saturday, February 27th at 2 p.m. at The Crawford House Chapel, Halifax, VA with Reverend Paul O. Crews officiating. Burial will follow at Millstone Baptist Church Cemetery.

Public viewing for family and friends will be Friday, February 26th from 10:00am to 6:00pm at The Crawford House Chapel, Halifax.

Due to Covid-19 seating will be limited, a mask and social distancing will be required.
