Ms. Nannie Jean Hogue of Halifax County, VA died on Monday, September 12th at her residence at the age of 68.

Ms. Hogue was born October 27, 1953 in Halifax County, VA to the late Robert Lee Hogue, Sr. and Maydell Petty Hogue and was a member of County Line Missionary Baptist Church.

Ms. Hogue is survived by (1) daughter: Sandra Hogue Lambert (partner Nikita); (1) granddaughter: Titeanna Lambert (Wayne); (2) grandsons: Bryan Lambert and Deanta Tucker (Samantha); (7) bonus grandchildren; (3) brothers: Ernest Hogue (Dorraine), Cecil Hogue (Diane) and Benjamin Hogue; (2) sisters: Sylvia Hogue and Sherry Hogue; (1) son- in-law: Luther H. Lambert, Jr.; and a host of bonus great grandchildren and sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by (1) sister: Brenda Marie Hogue; and (1) brother: Robert Lee Hogue, Jr.

Graveside services for Ms. Nannie Jean Hogue will be Saturday, September 17th at 11:00 a.m. at County Line Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Otis Dillard, eulogist.

Public viewing for family and friends will be September 16th from noon until 6:00 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home, South Boston, VA.
