Inovoa Michelle Williams Davis

Ms. Inovoa Michelle Williams Davis of South Boston, VA died on Monday, November 20th at the age of 55.

​

Ms. Davis was born December 9, 1967 in Halifax County, VA to Ms. Doresa Lindsey and the late Junior Willie Williams, Sr.  She was a member of Greater Mayfield Apostolic Church.

​

Ms.  Davis is survived by a significant other: Tati Diaz; mother: Doresa Lindsey of the home; (4) sisters: Nicolette Williams of South Boston, VA, Tanya Brown of Washington, DC, Jill Brooks of Danville, VA and Tawana Medley of South Boston, VA; (2) brothers: Junior Willie Williams, Jr. and Michael Edmonds both of South Boston, VA; (3) step-sisters: Katrina Lindsey, Cassandra Blanding and Ida Medley, all of South Boston, VA; (2) step-brothers: Quentin Lindsey and Clyde Lindsey, both of South Boston, VA; (3) aunts: Agnes Williams and Dorothy Carrington both of South Boston, VA,  and Betty Walker of Washington, DC;  (1) uncle: Robert Williams (Daisy); (4) nieces; (4) nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her children: Paris Nicolette Davis, and Jeffrey Gavin Jamiel Davis.

Funeral services for Ms. Ivonoa Williams Davis will be Saturday, December 2nd at 11:00 a.m. at Greater Mayfield Apostolic Church, South Boston, VA with Suffragan Bishop Bernard Wilkins, eulogist.  Burial will follow in Rose Garden Cemetery.

​

Public viewing for family and friends will be Friday from noon until 6:00 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home.
