Mr. Johnnie Gerard Simon of Halifax, VA died Saturday, December 30th at the age of 63.

 

Mr. Simon was born September 22, 1960 in Brooklyn, NY to Rufus Watson, Sr. and Pepi Louise Brown Watson and was a United States Army Veteran.

 

Mr. Simon is survived by his parents: Rufus Watson and Pepi Louise Brown Watson; (4) siblings: Ronald, Janelle, Rufus, Jr. and Renee; his aunt: Janet Hargrove (Otha, Sr.); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including Karen Hargrove, Chuckie Hargrove and Kenneth Hargrove.

 

Funeral services for Mr. Johnnie Gerard Simon will be Wednesday, January 10th at 11 a. m.  at The Crawford House Chapel with Bishop Dennis Palmer as eulogist. Burial will follow at Banister Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

 

Public viewing for family and friends will be one hour prior to the service.
