Mr. David Nelson Mosley of Halifax, VA died on Tuesday, May 28th at the age of 58.

Mr. Mosley was born in Halifax County on October 18, 1965 to the late James Howerton and Corine Mosley Hubbard.  He was a member of Union Grove Christian Methodist Episcopal Church and employed at Sunshine Mills.

Mr. Mosley is survived by (1) daughter, Shantanell Robinson; (1) sister, Bertha Kirby; (1) brother, Gary Howerton; (3) aunts; (3) uncles; (1) great aunt; and a host of cousins and friends. In addition to his parents, Mr. Mosley was preceded in death by (1) brother, Wilson Mosley; maternal grandmother, Hester Mosley; (1) aunt and (2) uncles.

Funeral services for Mr. David Nelson Mosley will be Tuesday, June 4th at 1 p.m. at Union Grove C.M.E. Church with Rev. Evon Bush, eulogist. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

​

Public viewing for family and friends will be one hour prior to the service Tuesday.
