Mr. Jean Archer Jennings of Vernon Hill, Va died on Saturday, October 19th at his residence at the age of 77.

Mr. Jennings was born August 24, 1947 in Halifax County, VA to the late Mattie Lee Jennings.

Mr. Jennings is survived by (6) cousins including the devoted Lauretta and Gary Jennings of the home. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by (1) sister, Mary Hightower; and (1) brother, Robert Jennings.

Funeral services for Mr. Jean Archer Jennings will be Friday, October 25th at 1:00 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home with Rev. John Elliott, eulogist. Burial will follow in the New Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery.

Public viewing for family and friends will be one hour prior to the service on Friday.
