Mrs. Beulah D. Jones passed away on December 23, 2024 at the Hundley Center in South Hill, VA at the age of 93.

Mrs. Jones was born in North Carolina on March 28, 1931 to the late Annie Mae Dickens and was married to the late Charles Jones. She was a member of Gateway Baptist Church in Timberlake, NC and attended Antioch Baptist Church until her health declined.

​

Mrs. Jones is survived by (3) children: Joyce Porterfield, Wylie Tyndall and Samuel Tyndall (Deborah); (10) grandchildren; (23) great grandchildren; numerous great great grandchildren; and (1) sister, Kathleen Oakley.  In addition to her husband and mother, she was preceded in death by (2) children: David Tyndall and Susan Howe; and (2) grandchildren: Michael Childress and Nathan Tyndall.

A memorial service for Mrs. Jones will be held on January 5, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, 677 Antioch Church Road, Timberlake, NC 27583 with Pastor David Chambers officiating.

​

The family will receive friends at the church from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on January 5th.
