Ms. Danyelle Marie Hankins of Halifax, VA died on Tuesday, December 24th at the age of 22.

 

Ms. Hankins was born in Dayton, Ohio on December 26, 2001 to Melissa K. South and Lance A. Hankins. She was a member of Union Grove C.M.E. Church

 

Ms. Hankins is survived by her father, Lance A. Hankins (Wendy) of Semora, N.C., her mother, Melissa K. South of the Eastern Shores, VA; (1) daughter, Eliana M. Hankins-White; (2) sisters: Jade L. Wolfe and Jamyia South of the Eastern Shores, VA; (1) brother, Kolbie South of the Eastern Shores, VA; grandmother, Minnie P. Stephens (Joe) the home; grandfather, Adam R. Hankins; great grandmother, Carnelia Jones (Cornell); (1) aunt; (7) great aunts; (4) great uncles; and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends. 

 

Funeral services for Ms. Danyelle Marie Hankins will be Thursday, January 2nd at 11:30 a.m. at South Boston Church of God with Rev. Charles Hudson, eulogist. Burial will follow in the Union Grove C.M.E. Church Cemetery.

 

Public viewing for family and friends will be one hour prior to service.
