Mrs. Pamela Bonita Wilborne Sims died Monday, November 22nd at the age of 65.

Mrs. Sims was born in Halifax County, VA on July 27, 1956 to Joseph Wilborne and Vivian Greene Wilborne and was married to Joseph “Dick” Sims.

Mrs. Sims is survived by her husband: Joseph “Dick” Sims of the home; (2) daughters: TaWanda W. Edmonds of Greensboro, NC and Nicole D. Terry of Clover, VA; (1) stepdaughter: Shakela Sims; (1) stepson: Joseph “Baby Joe” Sims, Jr, both of Halifax, VA; her parents: Joseph and Vivian Wilborne of Clover, VA; (4) grandchildren; (2) sisters: Cassandra Chandler and Sherry Wilborne; (1) brother: Tyree Wilborne (Shawnya); (8) sisters-in-law; (4) brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews including Jason Wilborne, other relatives and friends including Delores Lipscomb. She was preceded in death by (1) nephew: Jason Chandler; and (1) son-in-law: Stacey Antonio Edmonds.

Graveside service for Mrs. Pamela Bonita Sims will be Wednesday, December 1st at 1:00 p.m. at The Wilborne Family Cemetery in Clover, VA with Pastor Pete Hairston and Pastor Harold Terrell.

Public viewing for family and friends will be Tuesday from noon to 6 at Jeffress Funeral home.
