Mr. Robert Phillip Wilson, affectionately known as “Pee Wee” or “Clyde” of Nathalie, VA died Saturday, October 8th at the age of 76.

Mr. Wilson was born Halifax County, VA on July 24, 1946 to the late Robert Wilson and Dora Elizabeth Wilson. He was married to Annie Sydnor Wilson, a member of County Line Baptist Church and was a decorated Vietnam Army Veteran.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife: Annie “Tina” Sydnor Wilson of the home; (1) son: Robert Andre Wilson (Joyce) of New York; (1) daughter: Yvonne Wilson of Maryland; (1) grandson: Lorenzo Kearns; (3) sisters-in-law; (1) brother-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by (1) sister: Joyce Moorefield and (1) brother: Loyal Wilson.

Funeral services for Mr. Robert Phillip Wilson will be Friday, October 14th at 1 p.m. at County Line Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Otis R. Dillard, eulogist. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with military rites by American Legion Post 99 and The United States Army Honor Guard.

Public viewing for family and friends will be Thursday from noon to 6 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral home.
