Mr. Ronnie Lee Hodges of South Boston, VA died Wednesday, May 24th at the age of 59.

Mr. Hodges was born in Halifax County, VA on February 1, 1964 to Carrie Chalmers Hodges and the late Howard T. Hodges, Sr. and was a member of Berry Hill Baptist Church.

Mr. Hodges is survived by his mother: Carrie Hodges of the home; (2) sisters: Susie Hodges of South Boston, VA, and Mary Burns (Anthony) of Chesterfield, VA; (2) brothers: Howard T. Hodges, Jr. of Copperas Cove, TX and Kenneth Hodges (Mary) of South Boston, VA; (3) nieces: Jennifer, Tiffany and Tracy; (5) nephews; Kenneth, II, Kevin, Howard, III, Craig and Anthony; (2) aunts: Agatha Chalmers and Queen Hodges; (1) uncle, Clarence Chalmers; and a host of great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including Diana Sydnor and Leon Hartridge. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by (1) daughter: Precious M. Hodges and (1) brother: Willie W. Hodges.

Funeral services for Mr. Ronnie Lee Hodges will be Tuesday, May 30th at 1 p.m. at Berry Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Haynes eulogist. Burial will follow at church cemetery.

Public viewing for family and friends will be Sunday, May 28th from noon to 6 p.m.
