Mr. Tyree Jermaine “TJ” Bailey of Virginia Beach and formerly of Halifax County, VA died on December 26, 2021 at the age of 45.

Mr. Bailey was born in Halifax County, VA on February 4, 1976 to Sandra Bailey and Daniel Leigh (Vanessa). He was the owner of Bailey Brothers Trucking Company and was a member of New Hope Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.

Mr. Bailey is survived by his mother: Sandra Bailey of Clays Mill, VA; his father: Daniel Leigh (Vanessa) of Roxboro, NC; (1) daughter: Briona Bailey-Link of Virginia Beach, VA; (3) sons: Keon Bailey-Link of Greensboro, NC, Devin Bailey and Jayden Bailey, both of Virginia Beach, VA; (1) step-son: Raekwon Ferrell of South Boston, VA; (2) sisters: Tiffany Bailey of South Boston, VA and Crystal Boxley (Robert ) of Halifax, VA (1) brother: Marcus Bailey of Virginia, Beach, VA who is currently serving in Kawait; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services for Tyree Jermaine “TJ” Bailey will be Wednesday, January 5th at 1:00 p.m. at The Crawford House Chapel, Halifax, VA with Rev. Kevin Chandler, eulogist. Burial will follow in Clays Mill  Cemetery.

Following COVID-19 guidelines, a face mask and social distancing will be required.
